Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Pressure Washing Services
VAT
There is NO VAT to be added to the final price.
Minimum Charge
A minimum charge of £155 (Total) applies to all work completed. This is due to the cost and time involved in setup and transportation.
Quote Validity
This quote is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, the quote may be subject to revision based on material costs and time required.
Blackspot Removal
Unless otherwise stated, the complete removal of blackspot (also known as lichen) is not included in a standard clean – howver nine times out of ten, all blackspot is removed. If blackspot is a significant issue, please notify us beforehand. We will attempt to highlight any blackspot during the quotation process.
Weed Control
While pressure washing will remove weeds, some weeds may re-grow, especially if their roots are deep below the surface. Pressure washing will not eliminate weeds entirely and does not negate the need for ongoing weed control, particularly in areas with block paving.
Water Supply
Unless otherwise specified, this quote assumes the availability of on-site water. Electricity is not required as we use high-powered petrol pressure washers.
Preparation of Area
To ensure the best results, please move any pots, garden furniture, or other personal items from the area to be cleaned prior to our arrival. If you are unable to move heavy items, please inform us in advance. We are happy to assist where necessary.
Access to Property
Please ensure that there is clear and unrestricted access to the area to be cleaned. Any obstacles or access issues may result in delays or additional charges.
Damage Disclaimer
While we take the utmost care during our work, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures, including but not limited to cracks, loose paving stones, or weak surfaces. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the area is in suitable condition for pressure washing.
Weather Conditions
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay work in the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures) that may affect the quality or safety of the work. We will make every effort to notify you in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, cheque and Bitcoin. If payment is not received within 30 days, a late payment fee of 5% may apply due to the time required for additional payment follow-ups.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least three days in advance. Cancellations made less than three days before the scheduled appointment may incur a £50 fee to cover lost revenue, as well as the inability to service other customers during that time. Sufficient notice is required to allow for rescheduling of waiting jobs.
Liability
We are fully insured for public liability during the performance of our work. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by third parties, including but not limited to pets, children, or unauthorised persons accessing the work area.
Health and Safety
All work will be carried out in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations. Customers should ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards. We reserve the right to halt work if we deem the area to be unsafe.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 10 days so we can rectify any issues. After this period, no further claims will be accepted.
