Attempting this task with a standard home pressure washer or simply wrong nozzle can lead to unwanted consequences such as sinking- this is due to the removal and disruption of deep sand, the sand upon which the blocks are laid upon. Our flat surface cleaner ensures only the top layer of sand between the blocks is removed- this eliminates the risk of post clean sinkage. 

Block paving is set on a bed of sand with kiln-dried sand brushed into the joints.  Not only does the sand stabilize the blocks preventing them from moving, but it also reduces weed growth.  Replacing this top layer of sand between the blocks which was removed during pressure washing is a vital stage of the cleaning process.
